How big is the Flat Earth?
« on: February 12, 2018, 07:09:39 PM »
So I was reading some questions on the Q&A Forum, and I saw a disscussion about how big the earth was. So lets settle this once and for all! Is the earth infinite or finite??

From what I've seen on this site, there are two schools of thought. One finite, which seems to be the more favored view, and one infinite.
I saw a video where a pilot was flying above the sun.

From my (albeit limited) understanding, the infinite with real gravity vs finite with UA, is one of the defining splits between this FES site and the other/old site. There is some bleed through ofc, but the majority (primary?) view on this particular question depends on which site you are on.

According to science the earth has a 6,371 km radius.
On a flat earth the circumference would be 39940.952360679 km would be the outer circle and that would give us 126948322.98318 square km.
