Donald Sterling hates black people. Discuss.
Not sorry to see him go. He is a pretty terrible person, and this certainly is not the first time.
Having said that, I am a little concerned about the fact it was a private conversation being recorded. I would imagine his mistress violated the law unless she disclaimed prior to the conversation that she was recording it. Everyone says things in private that they wouldn't in public. Imagine if you were judged on some of the things you have said to your friends in a private setting.
Fair enough. Fortunately, I am not a sincere racist, only a facetious one. I am pretty sure in Canada this situation would not be a violation of any law. Any party in a conversation is welcome to record it without consent, only a third party must disclose it... I think. I am going to check.
EDIT: In Canada, there is "one-party consent". In California it is illegal, so I expect a whopping lawsuit heading her way, knowing who Donald Sterling is.
