Basically, if a political or government figure blocks you on twitter, is that a violation of free spech since the government is preventing you from seeing and commenting on its message.


I'd say no since you can log out and read it.  But if they locked it to just friends while tweeting government messages...
The conviction will get overturned on appeal.
