The server that hosts the homepage, forum, wiki and IRC was down for approximately 40 minutes, from 01:28 to 02:08 UTC, 2016-07-16.
This was caused by emergency maintenance by the hosting provider. Due to the emergency nature of the work, very short notice was given, which is why I was unable to post this until after the event.
