Is there a Wireless Keyboard & Monitor combo thing?

Like a laptop that I can carry about, but actually connected to a PC.
Maple syrup was a kind of candy, made from the blood of trees.

Would that have a delay, or does the nothing else take care of that?

Everything has a delay. You can't magically send data between two computers instantaneously.

Whether or not the delay would be noticeable is a matter of how far away you are and what kind of network link you have.
