I have been looking through FE theory for a while, and I want to ask: How does the moon fit in? In the theory, is it flat, or a sphere? What causes it to revolve around the Earth? How big is it? How far away is it?

The flat Earth model is not a unitary model, there are some who says the Moon is a flat disc, and others who says it is spherical.
More of these models also say the Moon is either self-luminating or illuminated by the Sun.
The TFES wiki here have a model that the Moon is spherical, illuminated by the Sun and hover above the Earth for some reason.

Understood. Ok then, revised question: All those who believe the Moon is flat what is your evidence, and how would this work going around a flat Earth? All those who believe that the Moon is round, how would that work, going around a flat Earth?

Moon
The moon is a rotating sphere. It has a diameter of 32 miles and is located approximately 3000 miles above the surface of the earth.

The Phases of the Moon
When one observes the phases of the moon he sees the moon's day and night, a shadow from the sun illuminating half of the spherical moon at any one time.
The lunar phases vary cyclically according to the changing geometry of the Moon and Sun, which are constantly wobbling up and down and exchange altitudes as they rotate around the North Pole.

When the moon and sun are at the same altitude one half of the lunar surface is illuminated and pointing towards the sun, This is called the First Quarter Moon. When the observer looks up he will see a shadow cutting the moon in half. The boundary between the illuminated and unilluminated hemispheres is called the terminator.
When the moon is below the sun's altitude the moon is dark and a New Moon occurs.
When the moon is above the altitude of the sun the moon is fully lit and a Full Moon occurs.

If anyone can work out the geometry of this and show how it could possibly give us the phases we actually see, I would love to see it.

A Lunar Eclipse occurs about twice a year when a satellite of the sun passes between the sun and moon.
This satellite is called the Shadow Object. Its orbital plane is tilted at an angle of about 5°10' to the sun's orbital plane, making eclipses possible only when the three bodies (Sun, Object, and Moon) are aligned and when the moon is crossing the sun's orbital plane (at a point called the node). Within a given year, considering the orbitals of these celestial bodies, a maximum of three lunar eclipses can occur.

Because they believe the Earth is special of some sort. Honestly i think a flat world is a freak rather than "special"

It would seem from this that the moon and the sun are not always at the same altitude ?
How can the sun's shadow illuminate the moon ? Can my shadow illuminate the sidewalk on which I am walking ?

The "shadow object" seems to remain mysteriously invisible until it mysteriuously comes out to cause a lunar eclipse ?

One flat earth source says the moon and the sun are both the same size (32 miles in diameter) and the same distance from the earth (3000 miles). Another animated diagram shows the moon and the sun to be traveling at the same speed and always separated at 180  degrees apart.  How can all this in the wiki be possible if this is so ?

After a few years on this website I have come to the conclusion to not take any thing seriously about flat earth and just have fun !

Maybe Rowbotham just wrote all this stuff for fun ?

Flat earth seems to be like cars. Ask a flat earther about the moon. Some will say it is a disc, some will say it is a sphere, some will say it is illuminated by  the sun , some will say it is self illuminated, et cetera, et cetera, and so forth.
Ask someone what is the best car. Some will say Cadillac, Some will say Lincoln, Some will say Chrysler, et cetera , et  cetera, and so forth.
