so today I updated my phone from 8.1 to windows 10 mobile.

I can still make calls and the weather app is prettier. It took about 4 hours to do the update ... which seems insanely long.

Anyway, I have nicer a weather app now and everything else seems to be much the same. Skype chat and text seems to have been amalgamated into one app.
