That sounds like every Marvel movie.

They're building up to it. And this tie, it's personal.

Eternals

A bunch of shit happens that doesn't really matter and you wonder if the infinity stones actually ever made a difference.

But also, Thanos has a brother so that is fun...

Okay Tom gave it a B+ and then retracted it to a B.

Either way it is a win for us all, I think.

The fact that he was a rapist (five times, even)

He died doing what he loved.

"but was the victim a good person tho."

What victim?

Why not?
The 10th Amendment.

It is the duty of the federal government to ensure life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness is not invalidated.
No, it isn't. It's duty is to ensure no one is deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process.

And if a state has the power to ensure that the public is protected and healthy from a disease, then the federal government, which must manage trade and travel between states, can ensure the same as all states have interstate travel and trade.
And the federal government can make that argument in court, and they are likely going to lose.

I mean, Biden could just ban interstate travel if vaccines aren't a thing.  But... This seems like a better choice.
Biden cannot ban interstate travel or trade. What are you even talking about?

This, naturally, extends to the federal government

It definitely does not naturally extend to the federal government and they will have to make a much more convincing argument on why it should.

lackey rant...

Take a week to cool off. Keep it in AR. Next one will probably be permanent.

Action80, saying someone else needs to back up his claims with evidence.  Ha ha ha... Hahahaha...BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Sorry. Thanks for the laugh, lackey.

Keep it in CN/AR. Warned.

Lastly, Rama, try not engaging with lackey if you are just going to report every reply he makes to you.

Finished Cuphead, it was a good change of pace and enough of a challenge.

Probably start Demon's Souls this weekend.

Recently finished Bloodborne and Sekiro.

The angriest, most tedious fun I have had in a long time.

Playing Cuphead rn, although I am nearly 50% done after several hours.

Got Demon's Souls today, looking forward to more angry fun.

Why should anyone be forced to do that? If you went to your local bar, do they ask you to stand on a table and introduce yourself, or can you just go order a beer?

I literally saw that happen not even a week ago. Then he took his shirt off and was a bit portly like yourself, but the most important thing was he bought the entire bar a round.

I'm guessing that Active Directory is all over the network plus test

It isn't.

Just passed the Net+ but I was shitting my pants for a few hours before the start time. I studied circuit switched networks for hours and didn't see a single question on it.

Now forget about 99% of N+ and learn some core routing and switching (Cisco is decent for this, just ignore all their proprietary shit like HSRP and EIGRP). Then move straight to AWS and work on Solutions Architect and Advanced Networking. Learn Python while doing the above so you can automate anything on-prem. Lastly, send me a bottle of top-shelf bourbon when you are raking in $200K+/yr after following the aforementioned advice.
