Title: Republicans take the house and senate.
Post by: disputeone on October 30, 2018, 11:30:45 PM
I'm no cheerleader for the G.O.P but today they won their supermajority. It's all over but the crying. I guess they can thank CNN.

I watched the Cenk and Tucker debate and one of the things mentioned was that the press unwittingly and unwillingly helped Trumps campaign. Seems we didn't learn anything. I'm not sure what data the pollsters are looking at with their predicted split.

It didn't have to turn out like this.

That graph has nothing to do with election results. I think that needs to be said. I for one welcome my republican neighbors. I can’t wait for them to enact the democratic platform of 20 years ago.

No one claimed it did. It has a lot to do with debubking the factual accuracy of Don Lemons claims.

I for one welcome my republican neighbors. I can’t wait for them to enact the democratic platform of 20 years ago.

I agree, it's sad that anyone right of Marx is now considered a Nazi by the Marxist left that the mainstream left seems to be pandering to.

Do you watch Tim Pool? It's been interesting and a little sad to see him continue to try and identify as centre left when he is accused of being a National Socialist by the Marxist left.

What are your predictions for the midterms?

I'm putting a bet on cash me in a few weeks lol, the odds for a Republican majority are getting tighter by the hour so get in quick.

Dropped from 14/5 to 13/5 in the five minutes I was on the site.

I’m not American so I don’t really follow so closely to call it, but if I had to bet I would say slim GOP majorities in both houses. Republicans are older and old people vote.

The title is misleading, as is the graph.

I thought the election was suddenly decided before the election.  Like the Republicans ignored the election and proclaimed victory.

The election has been decided. CNN decided it today. It's not my fault, I'm just commenting on it.

You'll need to wait until whites are a visible minority before the language that Don Lemon used and the Democrats approve of can be used while still winning elections.

We are not there yet, unfortunately, or fortunately. Depends on how you look at it.

For interest here are the actual stats by race and accompanying sources.

Where exactly did this come from?

For one, the sources listed on the infographic are from 2001 and 2003 as applied to seemingly a 1982 to 2016 database.
For two, there is a Mother Jones Mass Shooting Database. But nowhere could I find a representation such as this.

Going forward, it might be better to be crystal clear on your sourcing when you claim anything as "the actual stats by race and accompanying sources".

Understood.

Again, where did you get the graphic from, what is the source of it?

I pulled up http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2012/12/mass-shootings-mother-jones-full-data

And looked at the whole data-set. There is a race column. But there is no way to extrapolate "Shooters of Arab ancestry..." out of the "White" set as mentioned in the infographic.

I pulled up www.census.gov/prod/2003pubs/c2kbr-23.pdf, one of the sources listed in the infographic.

It's titled, "The Arab Population: 2000", issued in 2003. How is that relevant to an infographic that spans 34 years?

1. Are you saying CNN decides all the election results?  Or are you saying that this comment by one CNN person changed every voter's mind to vote Republican?  Cause I'll need proof on either.

2.https://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2018/10/30/don_lemon_the_biggest_terror_threat_in_this_country_is_white_men.html
Cherry picking a sentence fragment is crap.  Its not even a full sentence, just the first half.

His entire argument seems to be that angry, white men are the most dangerous mass shooter because no one is profiling them.  No one stops them at the border.  Cops don't pull them over for "routine" checks.

Which is true.  Put a white guy with a gun and a muslim guy with a gun in the same room and watch the reactions.

Muslim man is a terrorist.
White guy is "An American who exercises his 2nd amendment right."

Doesn't matter if both have a CCW.
Doesn't matter if both are good people.

A muslim WILL be looked at differently.

This is just normal, human behavior.

Also, your graph is shit because it skews the results to minorities.  1 arabic shooter is worth much more than 1 white shooter.

No.  That didn't happen.  Dems steamrolled everything and then the patriots stopped the worst president ever when they .could but fake news says otherwise.  Obama was the worst.

Not quite. Trump's first 500 days:

According to GovTrack, Trump has signed 176 bills since his inauguration. That’s about on par with Barack Obama at this point in his presidency (174), and slightly behind George W. Bush (187). But both Bill Clinton and George H.W. Bush far surpassed those numbers in the pieces of legislation signed in their first 100 days, 262 and 309 bills, respectively.

The 'so' is you stated that the Dems are stopping all Republican bills and that it's unprecedented - Wrong on both counts. A) That's hard to do when you're the minority power in Congress. And B) Yours is a patently untrue statement.

I guess we'll find out Tuesday night which party controls Congress. In the mean time, you might want to stick to the facts.

Former US Navy SEAL, Ephraim Mattos, has responded to comments made this week by Don Lemon on CNN’s Cuomo Prime Time.

“We have to stop demonizing people and realize the biggest terror threat in this country is white men, most of them radicalized to the right, and we have to start doing something about them.” — Don Lemon on CNN (October 29, 2018)

Here is Mattos’ response:

After surviving three wars, a gunshot wound, a near fatal drowning, a failed parachute, Taliban ambushes, ISIS snipers, mortars, mine-fields, suicide bombers and laying down my life for the cause of freedom while fighting shoulder-to-shoulder with my brother Arabs, Asians, Blacks, Hispanics, Christians, Muslims, Jews, Buddhists, Animists, and Atheists, I have now returned home to the USA where a CNN host has labeled me as a radicalized right wing terrorist simply because of my gender and the color of my skin.

I represent just one of the hundreds of thousands of conservative white men who have fought to preserve freedom in this great Nation and in other nations. My forefathers are the 3% who founded this Republic against the might of the British Army. It was white Conservative men who died by the tens of thousands after charging into our southern states to free our black brothers from the slavery imposed on them by the Liberal left. We were the ones who acknowledged that women have a right to vote. We held the line in WWI and charged the beaches of Normandy in WWII. We have fought for freedom and liberty for generations and we continue to do so today alongside all of our brothers and sisters regardless of their race or religion.

In the early 1930s, Hitler said the same thing about the Jews that Don Lemon of CNN just said about white men. This is the true face of the Democratic Party. First they enslaved and killed blacks, and now they use them to spew hatred and lies against the very people who have fought for generations to free them and uplift them.

Remember that when you go to vote.

One final thought: To make a point, I have referred to myself as a “white male” in the previous sentences multiple times, but I must make it clear that I identify as simply “American,” not as “white” or “male” or “Republican.”

Although blatantly racist and hateful, do not let Don Lemon’s ignorant words drive you into viewing yourself only by your race and religion. Identity politics does not lead to freedom. It only leads to hatred and division and an “us vs. them” mentality.

If CNN does not fire Don Lemon immediately, it only goes to show that they are truly the “enemy of the people.”

Also, ignoring the entire first half of the argument Don made is a shitty thing to do.

Finally: we all know the Republican party has swapped platforms in the last 100 or so years.

The dems still are pro slavery though. It's just a different race now. They want all the peasants from South America to work their fields for peanuts an hour because lets face it, what else can the undocumented immigrants do to earn some coin? So be deliberately lax on your border control and get those poor hombres in your fields!!

I just don’t understand why someone in 2018 would feel beholden to support the actions of a party in 1818. Seems... dumb.

The Navy Seal guy also seems to think that Democrats in 1818 were liberals like people are today which also seems erroneous, but his rhetoric is nice.

Holy mother fucking misunderstanding....
Ok, seriously, am I really that bad at explaining something or are you all just really that incapable of reading?  I'm guessing the former but I'll take the latter too.

I never said anything bad or bad at all.  My point was that this man talked about his conservative ancestors, as though the republican party is somehow his heritage OR anything like the party now.  The party of the North that invaded the south was LIBERAL and Pro-Federal governemnt.  Which is the whole reason the Civil War happened.  The democrats were very pro-state and small government.

https://www.livescience.com/34241-democratic-republican-parties-switch-platforms.html
The thing takes decades to do and isn't some "magic" swap.  It's a slow shift of priorities and ideologies.

My issue, primarily, is that this man is acting like Republicans today are  same as in Lincolin's time.  They aren't.  His views now would be more in line of southern democrats of that time.   Conservatives were in the south.

Of course they are. Try being Shia, Jewish, Kurdish or Armenian in Saudi Arabia and see how it works out for you. Apparently just being non-Bedouin can Open you up to discrimination there. Some of it is literally systemic racism like non-bedouins being prohibited from military service.

Not what I said in the slightest.  He wasn't criticizing all white men, he was criticizing radicalized white men.  There is a difference, although I don't know what Don Lemon's demarcation is.  So perhaps instead of spamming shitty quotes and making ad hominem attacks you could try and, you know, say something valuable?

What Don Lemon said is not an attack on all white men, as the navy seal purported.  It may or may not be accurate to any degree, and that is the conversation worth having instead of just loling your way to ignorance and closed-mindedness.

Democrats still want slaves though. That's not very  'liberal'.  ::) They just figured a neat way to score them where the slaves actually think they have it good

And Clinton true to democratic ideals ensured more Africans would be sold as slaves (just not in America)

Nah, you do fine. The thoughts may not always come across as clear as you might imagine, but anyone who spends a few seconds will understand. I have had no problem understanding your intent, and in many places I agree with the outcome even if not the steps taken to get there (along with the ideology). Just be yourself, it's all good.

That's literally not what Don Lemon said.
I represent just one of the hundreds of thousands of conservative white men who have fought to preserve freedom in this great Nation and in other nations. My forefathers are the 3% who founded this Republic against the might of the British Army. It was white Conservative men who died by the tens of thousands after charging into our southern states to free our black brothers from the slavery.

Fixed that for you so its actually what he said.

>Your brain on marxism.

This statement is idiotic.

If you want your point of view to get any kind of traction, you should probably deal with facts and reality, because the cherry-picking and ad homs are only going to make tribalism in your country worse and you will be as much to blame for that as the far left is.

Addressed here.
The whole quote is a gold standard in hypocrisy actually.

Not what I said in the slightest.  Hitler wasn't criticizing all jews, he was criticizing international capitalist and communist jews. There is a difference, although I don't know what Hitlers demarcation is.  So perhaps instead of spamming shitty quotes and making ad hominem attacks you could try and, you know, say something valuable?

What Hitler said is not an attack on all Jews, as the navy seal purported.  It may or may not be accurate to any degree, and that is the conversation worth having instead of just loling your way to ignorance and closed-mindedness.

Dude you gotta chill.

Yeah context matters for sure. Something you seem tone deaf to. I don’t like what Don Lemon said, but I also have enough critical faculty to see that the crux of the matter is to determine what is meant by “radicalized”. Is it anyone who thinks it’s ok to be white, like you and I? If so, then yeah Don Lemon is putting out some scary propaganda. If he means people like the skinheads in Charlottesville, then it’s a different thing. I’d still disagree with him because I think radicals, full stop, are dangerous and that singling our white people would take a lot more justification.

Going full Godwin’s law on me doesn’t make you look smart of insightful though. At least not to me and probably not to many others other than those who already agree with you. If that’s all you care about, then bully for you, but if you want to make the world better you should care about more than high-giving Boots.

Yes, I know. I was looking at Senor Lemon’s comments on their own merits and what it might take for him to have a leg to stand on (I don’t think he does). I just don’t think it’s useful to run around saying that he is literally Hitler because it doesn’t advance the conversation in the slightest.

Here's another, why did no congressmen actually change their political parties during the supposed party platform switch? Surely, everyone would have magically swapped sides?

How can you still believe "political parties magically swapped and that's why anything bad that the Democrats did wasn't actually us".

Was McCarthy actually a Democrat, then? Good, because you can have him.
So, if we're going to talk about political parties throughout history, it is important to contextualize for era. There's no sudden "platform switch" where the two parties meet in a smoky room and decide to swap stances. Hell, that's not really how political parties work. Think more "loose ideological alignment" and less "set of firm stances and policies". Generally, we break the history of US political parties into six different eras. See below:

extreme right and extreme left are united in hate. There is little difference. If the problem in society is that it is too far 'one way' you don't correct it by swinging the pendulum so hard in the other way. But that seems to be how people think you deal with it

Being centre wont make everyone happy, but it makes for balance.

On some issues and ideals I am right of centre and some others I am left of centre. I try to look at things objectively and realistically, rather than idealistically. At the end of the day as much as I loathe Hillary Clinton, I fully supported peoples right to vote for her, just as I supported peoples choice to vote for Trump. While I might pay out the 'leftists or leftards' I never on a personal level scoff or look down at someone because of who they vote for. If you are a fan of democratic and fair elections than you will never publicly shame or ostracize someone for their vote. That's something dictatorships do when they hold fake elections they make sure they will win.

This all said, this is a flat earth forum. Any dignity you may have had was left at the door before you came in so another reason I can give you SJW the shite kicking you deserve!!!  ;D

I understand the irony of saying I don't want to call it too early, especially in this thread. However it really does look like Republicans will keep the house.
More seats won, more republicans leading. It would be a massive upset if the dems flipped the house at this point.

Actually, lets go back to all the mid terms. How many Presidents have actually scored better as a result of them?

If the dems win, hopefully the demonstrate the so called 'maturity' they champion and work with the President on matters of national importance instead of just blocking everything going 'F U LOLOLOLOL'

I personally think its normally good when one party has to work with another to pass legislation - that way it it caters for much more peoples interests. In practice though, bi-partisanship is rarely practiced and oppositions block for opposition sake - especially in the age of social media and popularism. ALL political parties and sides are guilty of it

Well, you can read up on it, see how it went.

And yes, the Dems will block block block.  It'll be obstruction worse than when the Republicans controlled all three branches.  Well, maybe.

Also, while Trump has shown a willingness to work with Democrats in the past, remember how he basically dropped it like a hat once he realized it was unpopular?

Also, also: have you read the emails he's been sending out to his supporters?  If you trust them, Democrats are basically super evil, power hungry, and don't want America to succeed not share power with anyone but themselves.  (Themselves being the elected official, not the voters)

It's really like the Israelis say, demographics are our destiny. They really are smarter than the goyim, Henry Ford wrote about it a lot. It's one thing to point the finger and say that the media has made our race and people suicidal (check the stats) but we succumbed to the brainwashing, we were weak enough for them to subvert our instinct of self preservation. These are problems of Europeans that have to be rectified.

Good on you guys, in one hundred years your children will be living in a country like Zimbabwe. Each to their own, if that's what you want then it's not my place to judge.

2. No one ran on a platform of genocide.  Stop being a snowflake.

1. Trump ran on "Republican America First" which is not the same.  He literally calls half of America the enemy.  How is that helpful to America?
Source please.

I remember he called the media the enemy of the people which I totally support, see Operation Mockingbird and the documentary titled "Weapons of mass deception."

2. No one ran on a platform of genocide.  Stop being a snowflake.
You are incorrect, the Democrats have done nothing to distance themselves from the racism of the media supporting them. "We have to do something about white people."

If the Democrats had just publicly disavowed the overt racism and sexism in the media I wouldn't be nearly as upset.

3. Wanna talk about the African nation's that were colonized and controlled by a European minority for centuries as an example of America's future?  Guess you think Blacks and Indians are in charge, eh?
As it stands, Global population estimates from the UN put Africans as a massive global majority in the next century, couple this with the ruling class' hatred of white people and the media blaming every problem in the black community on white people and you've got a very scary situation indeed.

I can only comment on the history of majority African nations that have gained independence, if you have a good example of one please cite it. In the next one hundred years America will be majority African and majority Muslim. The attitude of the people in charge at the moment seems to be removing power as quickly as possible from Europeans in European countries.

Also if anyone can tell me what platform the Democrats actually ran on I would appreciate it, the Republicans platform was very clear to me. Focus on the American people, focus on the American economy, focus on the American working class and manufacturing jobs.

I understood the Democrats platform, beyond "f*ck Trump and f*ck white people" to be "No borders, no wall, no U.S.A at all."

I haven't posted that much here but you will find that I am open minded and will always admit when I am wrong. I'd really like to know what the 2018/19 Democratic parties policy is apart from the racism and sexism that has become the left.

I always identified as centre left until they changed their platform from "restrain capitalism" to "f*ck white people." Then changed their voter base from the working class to the elite. (check it out, these midterms, as income increases, the likelyhood to vote Democrat increases, why? Aren't they a party for the embattled American worker?)

Regardless of the quality of the Republicans platform it was more coherant and positive than the Democrats plarform, I'm still not sure what it was beyond this.

it's not okay to be white, and the genocide of white people will soon begin.

I'm feeling a little sad at the moment, feel free to rub it in, it's a joke now but as you can see from my last posts it wont always be a joke.

1. Trump ran on "Republican America First" which is not the same.  He literally calls half of America the enemy.  How is that helpful to America?
Source please.

I remember he called the media the enemy of the people which I totally support, see Operation Mockingbird and the documentary titled "Weapons of mass deception."
Well, looks like I have to apologize.  I thought I saw it but can't find it.  Must have mixed it up with his supporters.

Quote

Which ones?  There's a lot of it.
Also, I wasn't aware that a platform was "something you don't condemn".  If that's the case, does that mean the GOP's platform was Slavery of Blacks, since they didn't condemn that?

Quote
Oh my yes.  I mean, it must be scary to imagine that in the whole world, white people will be outnumbered.  And possibly hated.  I mean, that's never happened in history, ya know?  No group has ever been so afraid of being the minority, especially with a majority hating them.  Nope.  Never.

Seriously, do you realize how racist you're sounding?  You're basically saying "If blacks get power, I'll be afraid."
Quote
I can only comment on the history of majority African nations that have gained independence, if you have a good example of one please cite it. In the next one hundred years America will be majority African and majority Muslim. The attitude of the people in charge at the moment seems to be removing power as quickly as possible from Europeans in European countries.
Holy crap... more racism?  Also, you realize that Muslim is a religion, not an ethnicity, yes?  I'd be shocked as to how you came to the conclusion that islam is gonna overtake anything in America in the next hundred years.  If anything, Atheism will.

Also: wow... I did not know that America controlled European nations.  Also, I'm kinda wondering how you came to this conclusion.  Last I checked, most European nations still had European leaders.  And while a great deal of refugees have entered, most don't get far in politics.

Indians are Caucasians.
Wat?

Indians as in Native Americans are Type C Mongoloids. Closer to Chinese than to Europeans ... which you'd expect as that's how they got to the Americas via the Bering Strait. Yup, they are immigrants too, displacing the Denisovans.
https://genographic.nationalgeographic.com/denisovan/

These peaceful giants lived in North America until the wicked Native Americans arrived, slaughtered them all and took their land. Unlike the kind white man that later brought wonderful technologies and let the 'Native' American's live with them (Native American population is today exactly what it was when the white men first found Native Americans) gifting them casinos and reservations, the evil 'Native' Americans killed every last Denisovan in an horrific genocide ensuring that the Denisovans couldn't spent the next 200 years complaining how oppressed they were nor demand state funding and preferential treatment.

Indians in Canada were oppressed until probably 50 years ago and that their population is only now what it was 500 years ago should tell you that some terrible things happened.  Ask the Indians of what is now Mexico how kind the Spanish were or the tribes in the Carribean about good old Christopher Columbus.  Regardless of how you feel about issues like reparations, denying that Europeans did awful shit to Indians is just denial.

The Native American population would be the exact same if the white man had never arrived.

They didn't farm, they had no science, no healthcare, no forms of government for larger civilisations, no towns, no cities, no international trade ... their population was as big as it was going to get. We saw population growth because we overcame many challenges like fertiliser, penicillin, electricity, maths, hand writing ... it is unlikely the Native Americans would be living any differently today than they did 500 years ago if the white man hadn't shown up.

So basically their population is untouched, they enjoy all the benefits riding on the white man's coat tails of modern convenience and standard of living and the ungrateful bastards never stop whining about it. Anyone would think they would be happier defecating in the open air and having to catch lunch.

Admit the obvious will you. White people invented more, achieved more and created the best civilisations compared to absolutely anyone else. In the game of human history the white people won, they unlocked all the bonus levels, finished all the DLC packs, discovered all the Easter Eggs and no one else got past the first boss. Apparently you haven’t mastered nuance. All I’m saying is nothing is gained by denying the truth. Sure Europeans have done some awesome things, but they also committed genocide on Indians and up until very recently, tried to exterminate what was on the balance, a much more peaceful culture than ours. What should be done about it? I dunno, it depends on a lot of things. Maybe nothing. But trying to pretend like Europeans only did good things is pretty sad. It’s behavior like that that makes compromise impossible because there is no honesty. So we end up with the clusterfuck that is modern democracy, where one truce cannot help but cheer for the demise of another.

Speaking of 'white' rule I also believe the people in Hong Kong are going to miss being overseen by the British pretty soon. If you want to look at the effects of white rule, look back to Hong Kong vs mainland China in the 60s in the days of Mao Zedong.

I accept your apology unequivocally, thanks for being honest. I believe this is called "whataboutism", however Hillary really did call Trump supporters deplorables.

I would absolutely condemn the motion of Republican America first, no questions asked, I don't believe in class distinctions.

I also believe that Trump has condemned his more radical supporters, like David Duke the white supremacist or Richard Spencer the Zionist. He condemned the people spreading hate instead of unity at Charlottesville and strongly condemned the guy that ran over the girl at the event, still the media seemed like it wouldn't be happy until Trump condemed everyone that voted for him.

I also believe the Republican party is running on a platform of civic nationalism, anyone who claims Trump wants ethno nationalism isn't paying attention. If you are an illegal immigrant in America you have every right to be worried that the GOP will deport you, I believe they have every right to deport you personally.

If you are an American Citizen you are golden, nothing can take that from you and your families future in America is guaranteed. I hate how the media tries to spin nationalism as "white people" vs "minorities". It's about Americans that care about the future of their country and their children vs people who make massive profits of globalism i.e making Nikes for $2 and selling them for $200.

This post was longer than I anticipated, sorry if I rambled on too much.

*lots of stuff*
I cut down the quote to keep this post from getting too big.
1. I never blamed "white people" for all of anyone's problems.  Europeans certainly didn't help but I never blamed them for all of it.  How you came to that conclusion is unknown.
2. Your quote about the toilet doesn't help your case.  If being under European control was so great for the nation, why didn't they have toilets then?  That person was poor before the British left and they were poor after.  The infrastructure wasn't put in (or he didn't have the money to put in a septic system).  Stating that basic plumbing was lacking after the British gave them their freedom generally means that they lacked it before as well.  Unless the British or the new Indian government outlawed it and ripped the plumbing out of people's houses.
And if you REALLY wanna look at history: Let's take Iraq.  A powerhouse and peaceful under the iron fist of Saddam Hussein.  Sure people died if they went against him but for the most part, it was stable.  Then America toppled the government.  Now Suni and Shiites fight eachother, there's constant attacks, the economy is weak, etc...  I thought America makes it all better?

Also also... as an American, I thought you'd be all about freedom.  Ya know, not letting an invader take over your country and tell you how to run it.  Interesting to see it doesn't apply to, I'm guessing, non-America countries.

3. Yes, she did.  And Trump threatened to punch people, called mexican immigrants rapists, mocked reporters, etc...  They kinda both sucked, yes?
4. He did condemn them, eventually.  You know, when he was told he should.  Like David Duke?  First he said he didn't know who the man was.  He also didn't want to condemn the kkk until he "did some research", ya know, because he didn't want to condemn a group that might be good.

As for his "condemnation", please read this:
Quote
"Racism is evil and those who cause violence in its name are criminals and thugs, including the KKK, neo-Nazis, white supremacists and other hate groups that are repugnant to everything we hold dear as Americans," the president said in a statement to reporters at the White House on Monday. "We condemn in the strongest possible terms this egregious display of hatred, bigotry and violence."
He said that 2 days later.  That is not his words.  Those are the words of a speech writer.  You can tell by it's coherency and use of the word 'repugnant' and 'egregious'.  Both are words he does not use.
5. Nationalism is bad.  Nationalism is saying "My country is the best because it's my country".  This is how dictators and fascist governments gain power.  What you want is "Patriotism" because that's the "I love my country because of these reasons..." and "Yeah, we're not perfect and we can learn from others."

6. And while any illegal should worry about being deported, there's a difference between deporting someone who tries to cheat the system/does criminal activity and someone whose contributing to society.  Focusing on both means less time on the dangerous ones.  Kinda like pulling cops from a riot so they can sit in a speed trap.  Severity.

7. Globalism is the reason you can afford to live.  The cost to produce inside America is so high, they either need to automate it (so no jobs) or pay minimum wage (so nothing you can live off of).

I agree with most of that, you aren't unreasonable. I think I have articulated my concerns well enough.

I'd love to talk about this.

Saddam did nothing wrong, it wasn't in Americas interest to invade the middle east. I have been an outspoken critic of the war since 2001.

I've got my own ideas on why we were in iraq but lets agree on the accepted conspiracy. We were there for oil and opium and by extension, international capitalism.

Americas aim was to destabilise the middle east so that they couldn't attack the U.S again (if you buy the 911 commission report), the U.S made no effort to properly conquer Iraq and I don't think they should have.

Regardless qe should have stayed right out of that war.

I am also Australian. Australia is actually a great example of what western people can do to a country in ~300 years.

Your opinion is noted.

So why would you support these multinationals paying that little money to say for example chinese nationals?
Seems kinda racist. (I'm joking but I hope you get my point.) The way international capitalism works it relies on globalism to function, yes. I agree.

Well, yes, but oh well.

1. It's cheaper.2. Because it'll help them move up in the world.  We went through the same thing in America during our Industrial Revolution.

Wow... Florida is a hotbed of anger.  Trump is like "Those liberals wanna steal the elections!" cause apparently recounts are a libral thing?
Also, why does Trump need over $100,000(donated) to do a single recount?

Republicans have taken the house and senate, if you didn't know.
