sun goes up in the east right? and then where is Sao Paulo located? to the east of Buenos Aires. How come the sunrise is later in sao Paulo than Buenos Aires?? shouldn't it be the opposite?

Hey, I just saw that Argentina and Brazil is in the same time zone. But then how come the sun is rising earlier in Buenos Aires then Sao Paulo? I think that is pretty odd..
