In my opinion, religion in the first place was to create peace and harmony in the society. Prior to the laws of the government, religious books acted as Codes for the society.  But over time as the world got connected, people started associating themselves with a particular religion and began fighting with people of other religions.
But as humans if we fail to keep peace and harmony then nothing can save us.

Being an Indian, I can speak about 4 Languages - English, Hindi, Marathi & Marwadi

I am trying to learn German as of now.

In my experience, knowledge of linguistics surely helps in understanding the difference but it is only useful if one is conscious of it in daily practice.
I joined a coaching institute which actually helps me improve my pronunciation and not only do they teach the linguistic differences but also make me conscious of it.

For example - If you've studied syntax, you may find it easier to understand how sentences in a foreign languages are being formed.

Yes, I take honey and lemon in hot water every morning empty stomach. I lost about 3 pounds in 6 weeks. It helps in improving your metabolism and keeps your digestive system active.
