If anyone is interested, I have started a YouTube channel, called Flat Earth Debates, which streams 24 / 7 Google Hangouts with free speech and free access for everyone (with a join link in the description and even in the title), including of course flat earth debunkers, who are so abundant on this forum. The discussions are not limited to flat earth and pretty much anything can be debated.

This is the description of the channel, from my YouTube "About" page:

This channel hosts Google Hangouts, open to everyone, on a first come, first served basis, to promote debates on the shape of the earth, but also on the other conspiracy theories. This channel welcomes critical thinkers belonging to any camp: flat earth, spherical earth, concave earth, and who have any other theory on the world (including all conspiracy theories). 

The moderator does not participate in voice and text chats, and does not affect the discussion in any way, except to comply with YouTube policies and guidelines, and guarantee free speech and respect for everyone. You get free speech but you have to give respect, and let everyone else participate in the discussion.   

To reserve a hangout for a specific debate with specific participants, leave a message in the comments below the video from the previous day, providing the YouTube channels of all participants and the subject to be debated.

I think more than 50% are banned. So that would be about 1,000 members banned.

He even said here that he bans 10 people per day:

One more time, PLEASE do not start a new thread with just a question, a couple sentences, just a video, etc. and without SIGNIFICANT content/research worthy of its own post. Failure to comply with this one simple rule gets about 10 people banned per day...

So, whereas at the start he called everyone a "shill", now he is admitting that he is just throwing people like garbage, because he has too many fans, and can afford to ban them for the most trivial reasons.

I paid with my 500 posts and a month of volunteer work, promoting his forum all over the web.

I experienced defamation (as a "shill") and verbal abuse. As Rayn Gryphon would say, I was "harassed, assaulted, bullied, beaten, harmed, injured, mentally abused, gang-stalked".

After months I still haven't recovered, and the same applies to hundreds of his victims.

But the average flat earther is not much better than Eric Dubay. The problem is that he is not the average flat earther, but a prominent one, and one would not expect this sick behavior from him.

The other prominent flat earthers are much nicer: jeranism, Matt Boylan, MrThriveAndSurvive, mark sargent, Stars are Souls... are better than average in terms of good manners and maturity, but he's worse than average.

He was unfair to those fans of his, whom he banned after all the work they did for him. At the same time, despite my resentment, I have to admit that with this advertisement you are confirming my last point of that crazy post I wrote when I believed in him. You're beating him with money and not with content. Having said this, I also admit you have the freedom of speech he lacks.

I don't know much about this "legitimate society", because I don't read books, but this forum is not a legitimate flat earth forum. All that goes on here is making fun of flat earthers.

That is why we welcome this opportunity given to us by Eric: that is why he created the forum. Because many of us complained about these two forums where flat earthers just get ridiculed.

A place where we can discuss flat earth without your academic pedantry, without the ridicule by the fraternity dudes.

Yes, we are few and we are isolated. You are many, and you are wasting all this wealth of members: 57,000. Because that other forum is basically the same as here, except with more members.

You seem to be playing the Democrat/Republican game. You have one big forum for "ridiculing us" and this one, a smaller forum, for wasting our time with "academic pedantry".

How many of you have posted on Facebook links to this forum to spread the truth about flat earth? I don't think so. You have no enthusiasm for flat earth.

I don't know if you are paid by the government or not, but your objective here seems to be to joke around all day long, all year long.

Any real flat earthers on these two forums are at least partly masochists.

Regarding the money he makes from donations or selling whatever he sells, he could even be begging for money. That's what the few people who don't sell out are forced to do in a society where basically we all have sold out, in a way or another.

In the future, if my doubts persist, I will post that same thread on this forum, and will discuss the flight route (and its duration) that seems in conflict with the flat earth map (with yours, too).

Hmm, very interesting. Thanks for the information on the situation of the flat earth forums. After arguing for 2 weeks on that forum, I was hoping to not find a similar situation here, and I am glad it is different.

However, the flight from south america to australia, and viceversa, does seem to exist (cf. my posts on thread) and it makes me doubt the official flat earth map (also shown on thread):

By any chance, do you have a link to a valid flat earth map or a link to the most valid flat earth available? No one is willing to give it to me. I even asked Dubay on Facebook and he didn't provide me with a link.

I've been struggling on the other Flat Earth Society forum, at first with the sheeple / shills, but then with the flat earthers (there only seems to be 5 active flat earthers there), because they could not explain to me the rare southern hemisphere intercontinental flights, that indeed seem to be taking place and according to their expected "spherical earth" schedules:

I am writing here, because I, too, "need some answers". Can you please tell me if the mainstream flat earth map (cf. thread on other forum) is wrong or if you think these flights, despite all the evidence (cf. all evidence posted in other forum), are fake?

Very interesting question, but the thread got off topic after a few replies.

Yes, I agree that we need millions of people to be in the know. And it is the hardest conspiracy to hide. And it will become increasingly so in the future.

Also, this conspiracy is one that needs complicity on a global scale: Americans, Russians and Chinese.

But then let's think about 911. Putin clearly knows the truth, but how long did Russia Today wait before bringing it up? Over 10 years.

So to some degree the governments are all complicit in covering up conspiracies. That is, unless you believe that Bin Laden did 911. But we can't waste time with that hypothesis, otherwise we wouldn't be here.

So, in my opinion the answer to the original question of how many people know the truth and how many people are successfully hiding the truth (from a flat-earther point of view) is another question: how many people belong to freemasonry and military in the world? Plus how many people are afraid to lose their job? I would say billions.

So if billions are willing to keep their mouths shut, we are we surprised that millions are keeping their mouths shut?

Furthermore, we know that two thirds of humans are busy trying to find food and shelter. Another (almost) third is mostly busy in stupid activities: watching television for example. The only people to worry about is those who use their free time wondering about things, like us. Maybe we are 0.01%. And there's another 0.01% who know the truth but keep quiet.
