Nothing is stopping you from visiting Antarctica as a tourist, except your empty wallet. Tourism is supported during the summer months, so you can witness a southern hemisphere 24hour day which... shouldn't be possible...? So make sure to take pictures. Winter travel is very dangerous, so only trained scientists and explorers can get funding.
