It’s interesting that Pete says the vast majority of FEers are atheist or agnostic, as an atheist myself, nothing would convince me more that there was a creator than a flat earth, with a dome that defies all reason, logic and science.

There are obviously some well educated believers in a flat earth, just reading some of the comments and debates supports this. Why hasn’t anyone put forward a flat earth thesis for their PHD? Surely the simplest way of getting the theory into mainstream, assuming it holds up that is, as this can’t be ignored or simply discarded.

Are there any scientific papers I can read regarding the theory of the earth accelerating upwards? It’s a truly fascinating concept that I would love to sit and read.
If this is a fundamental principle in a flat earth theory then it needs to be peer reviewed. If the logic and the science behind it holds up, it CANNOT be dismissed.
