Every map I find is layed out in square longitude and latitude blocks. Not a very intelligent design considering how they flex smaller in the North and Larger in the South. Has anyone ever considered a hexagonal grid map where all framework is equal and equidistant from the center of each hexagon? Wouldn't it make sense to use intelligent design to map intelligent design?

I'm not rightly able to parse what you mean.
Do you mean something like this?

You are unlikely to find many people here who believe the Earth was designed, let alone intelligently.
