Weird he needs a million dollars... Could surely send one balloon up for what, under $2000? Hope he remembers to fit a clear plastic sheet in front of the camera, with grid lines, so that they can't blame magical "fish eye lenses".

Based on the coast of Red Bull Stratos he could could go up their himself for only 30m US Dollar. No blaming the fish eye lenses...
