If the Earth is flat and has a finite diameter, what is on the edge/end of the disc?

No one knows. Various ideas floating about including: Edge of the dome and can go no further, Nothing, and 0°K 'wasteland'.

Considering that Magellan's circumnavigation actually induced a visit all the way to the Philippines from Europe and that accurate map makers could add 2 and 2 using information in favor of overlapping, and equal evidence of the shape of the Earth's land, carried over throughout its circumference, there is no such thing as an "edge." Unless you count the Equator. That location is as far of an "edge" as you can go. Depends on how you define one. it juts out the most of all other quantities. Earth is an oblate spheroid, mind you.

If you have to say 'if' then clearly we wouldn't know for sure. It's not like there is a single description for all 'if' situations.

If the earth is flat, we would have found the edge by now.

how much time in your life have you personally dedicated to finding the edge?

Look that dude! One calling you autistics! Ye hes right. You can clearly see the horizon of earth while its proven your eyes can see farther than the horizon from a place so obv if earth was flat you would see other cities and places.
