Title: Can banned users retain a profile page?

İntikam is gone and rightly so, the victim of his own inability to behave.  His posts remain, and occasionally I would like to find a particular one of them.  But now that he has earned a perma-ban his username is no longer a link to his profile, and finding his posts in now next to impossible if you can't remeber (or guess) a rare enough word therein to search for.  Is it possible to maintain a former user's profile as a linkable list the same way an active user is, while still preserving the ban on new activity from them?

Banned users still have a profile. His account was deleted though which is why you can't search for him or his posts.
