We need a domain name with the words 'flat' and 'earth' in it. Even if it was flatearthmuppets.com Without those things we will get crushed forever after by a guy who knows nothing about running a website and puts in no effort at all.  :(

He barely even talked about FES at all.  My concern from watching this video is for how long Tila Tequila is going to be seen as the face of the movement.

It just irked me that yet again the flat earth society was shown as Daniel's awful site.

I just skimmed the S&C thread about the merger issue.

Do the active admins/mods from the other site agree with you on this issue? If so, you could try to start a voluntary user migration with their cooperation. Have them post a "suggestion" that users should move to this site. To keep it orderly, enforce a tag of some sort for threads continued from the other site.

If/when the owner shows up, you can do a legit merger.

(This site is getting boring... not enough serious flat earthers to argue with)
