Please clarify If you beleive this occured. Does it comform with your theories that space orbit is impossible or could this occur in a flat world?

He didn't orbit the earth.  He just went very, very high - although not high enough to see that the earth was round, or any such nonsense - and then came back down.  No conflict with FET.

Perhaps. There is no definitive view on how high one can go above the Earth, if is theoretically possible or not, or what may be encountered up there.
