Guys, as it turns out, discriminating based on race is illegal in the United States of America. Who could have known? Apparently Harvard didn't know. Aren't they supposed to be good at legal issues or something?

As I recall, Affirmative Action was referred as reverse discrimination not long after it began and there had been a number of legal challenges over the years. This isn’t the first time that SCOTUS has heard a case on it and it probably won’t be the last.
