Where on the Flat Earth is The Equator and Where is the South Pole?

It depends on the flat earth model.

There are many models which don't have a south pole and some which don't have an equator.  South Pole and Equator are terms largely associated with a spherical earth. If you can show me a picture of a flat earth model I can show you where the South Pole is according to some people and where the equator is according to some people.
