Tapatalk password incorrect?

I keep getting this issue when trying to log in via tapatalk. Every time I try, it says password incorrect. I have reset my password multiple times, yet it still keeps saying this.

Try to type your username in all lowercase. See if that works.

Tapatalk won't let me log in if I use capital letters in my username. I don't know why this happens but it is a known issue.

Or try using your email. Tapatalk can be amazingly stupid.
