I'm guessing not.

So 25 questions each requiring, shall we say a paragraph, with researched references. Let's say each takes just 5 minutes to formulate.

Do you think it is reasonable that anyone should put over 2 hours into a reply for you when everyone gives their time here for free? I don't. How about you pick ONE question and make a thread about that ... like everyone else who visits here does?

Jokes aside, people did give shit. A huge shit.

We have a homeless charity in our borough that is very well respected. I know two of the girls that help run it and when I do my Santa sleigh thing each year its one of the charities we donate to. The Brett foundation made the news go national. It was a scandal and the Prime minister was forced to intervene. The head of our council staved off two no confidence votes off the back of it and it is only because they held such a huge majority that he stayed in. And that's the main reason they got such a hiding this time around. A council riding roughshod with no oversight or accountability. Many of his own councillors resigned and defected to be independent this time around off the back of that scandal. The town seems pretty happy with the election result. They still get to stay Tory, but they aren't going to be dictated to. The head of the council looks nervous and we like him that way.

Yeah, like I said, I really didn't give a shit about the homeless, they do make the place look like crap.

But the roads. That's the thing to focus on. Our roads are nothing short of a disgrace. The council has pledged that if they got elected they'd spend £50m fixing them. Today there are constant demands from people wanting to know which roads they are fixing first. Going to be a bumpy ride (awesome pun) for the council in the next few weeks.

Well my council remains Tory, but their wings were clipped.

New number of seats this time and they squeaked 23 out of 41.

The council leader looks crest fallen. Its a pretty good result here.

Today the wise British public casts its votes to decide which political parties will run its councils.

I happen to live in possibly the most important district in the country. The seat of the Prime Minister. Now she's not up for election but the council currently has 47 out of 57 Conservative seats in the district. Basically it is the strongest support for the party in the country.

The media has written my district off as a whitewash. But, I'm not seeing this. People are super unhappy with our council. In fact they absolutely hate it. Social media seems to suggest an upset. But that could just be a microcosm of vociferate hardline rebels. The result is announced in around 5-6 hours. If there is an upset it will be front page news with the media blaming Brexit. But just so you know, it will be nothing to do with Brexit. It'll be the head of the council rounding up all the homeless and detaining them during the Royal Wedding so they didn't make the place look messy and the state of our fucking roads!

I could scream "Theresa May doesn't represent me. I never voted for her!". Doesn't matter does it? She's still out there representing my nation. What difference does it make whether we endorse Mark Sargent or not? He has every right to try to make a living. Someone somewhere must appreciate his efforts. And I personally am not one of life's destroyers. I don't scream ban this or remove that. I don't say "Stop this hate speech" or burn those books. My answer is always the same. If you don't like the argument, make a better one. If you don't like what Mark Sargent is saying, refute his assertions. Make a video critiquing him. Make a blog. Do a podcast. Build something. Add. Be positive. Don't just point at things and say they are shit and should be condemned. If they are shit, make something better. I can't make better videos than Mark, so who am I to tell him he's doing it wrong?

*I did vote for Theresa May. I'm a filthy Tory.

Light travels in straight lines. Parallel lines if from a source infinitely far away.

If you can't just follow those lines and complete the triangle, round earth needs to explain why this light bends. This distance of the clouds is not important. That distance is small compared to the millions of miles the sun is purportedly supposed to be.

If ever with your eyes you want proof that the sun is not millions of miles away, your picture is an excellent example.

I saw viva Frei interview mark sergeant  on YouTube recently. I watched mark tell us how he earns a living of off this . I heard mark tell us how hes very popular since he has a wiki page. Then I watched mark get cocky and arrogant. After letting mark talk almost without interruption for the first half hour the interviewer called mark out on an inaccurate statement and didnt let up until it was over. I.just think  a leader should be someone who can face pressure , or an advisory while being cool under pressure. Mark reacts by rambling for what seems like hours, quickly giving responses that are a result of him talking about 5 different topics throughout his answer

Sure, he makes nice little videos. But he is a self-appointed spokesperson. I could be a self-appointed leader on climate change if I wanted. It just comes down to would anyone listen to me.

You do feel gravity. It pulls you to the floor.

The air is also accelerating as it is pushed up with the earth, so you don't feel wind. Where would the wind take the air? It goes with the earth. Like a truck pushing a plow.

The sea is not squashed because it is an in-compressible fluid. The air has a density profile because it is a compressible fluid.

The important part is that they are both fluids. IE, you can have things float or sink in them. Compressibility is just a red herring that you have decided to introduce.

Ah-ha! There's a significant difference in there! The Earth's rotation has a constant speed, it does not change every second. Therefore, no crosswinds would be expected, and indeed, we don't have them.

We don't have them because the air is moving at the same rate as the earth. Exactly as the air accelerates at the same rate as the earth. No delta. No rate of change. No perceived movement. I believe a young Jewish lad once called this 'relativity'.

This "rising up" Earth is totally non-sense, honestly. If we were, indeed, accelerating upwards, then we would experience constant winds coming down from above.

This is exactly like saying "if the earth is spinning at 1000mph, we would be unable to stand in the supersonic crosswinds.

As I said in my very first reply. You can't apply double standards. If its good for the goose, it is good for the gander.

Oh, because a partial of sea water sits on another and on another and on another all the way from the sea floor to the surface. This means high pressure on the sea floor and lower pressure as you go up. The atmosphere is the same. Air is a fluid (hence why aerodynamics study fluid dynamics). Air sits on air sits on air with the air at the surface being at the highest pressure ... 1 atmosphere.

But you weigh more than air. You sink. You weigh less than sea water ... you float. If I put you on the sea bed, your rancid corpse would travel upwards. If I filled you full of helium and blew you up to about 20 meters across, you'd float upwards in the air.

Hot air balloons float. Lead weights do not. Aircraft have wings. They push air downwards and because of Newton's theory, therefore they go up.

No, because the earth pushes the air up with it. This stops the earth leaving the air behind. If the air didn't get pushed up, all the air would be on the ground and you'd need to put your nose on the floor to breathe.

Again, the air is accelerating up at 9.8m/s as it is being pushed up by the earth. When stood on the ground, you are also being pushed up by the earth. But ... you are heavier than air, and so you fall through the air back to the ground when you leave it. This is because you are not a bird and buoyancy is a bitch.

Aircraft have wings. I can't believe I have had to write that 4 times already. And that means they have a way to maintain their altitude. But you do not have wings and you fall out of the sky. I'm not sure I'm going to be able to dumb this down any more for you, so put your finger on the screen and run it under the words saying them out loudly to give yourself a better chance of understanding.
