Saw some pictures of models with waterfalls and now I'm curious. And if there are waterfalls, can we make power from them? And where does additional water come from?

In other words: We do not know, and anyone who claims to know is either using their imagination or guessing. The illustrations you saw were probably made with artistic intent, rather than to serve as a "model".

There IS the annoying little fact that Antarctic is a continent. It was first circumnavigated in the late 1700s. The Vendee Globe race is currently circumnavigating it. Looks to take them about 50 days, perhaps a few more. If Antarctica were actually an ice wall, the Vendee Globe race would take several months to travel from the Cape of Good Hope to Cape Horn At the latitude the race follows. Just thought I’d throw out this little reminder.

Just for future reference, the name of the southern continent is spelt 'Antarctica'.

There is an 'ice wall' but it is called the Ross Ice Shelf, it spans an 800km long section of West Antarctica.





It is not really a wall, it is an ice shelf.
