The scientific method boils down to this:
- Observe and experiment with something.
- Formulate a hypothesis in an attempt to explain it.
- Predict what will happen in the outcome of an experiment (or a few experiments) on it using the hypothesis.
- Test the hypothesis by performing the experiment(s) to see if the prediction was accurate.
- If not, adjust the hypothesis until it is more accurate.
I don't understand what 'alternative science' is. Is there an 'alternative scientific method'? Or do you just make stuff up on the spot?
