Trying to follow Lackey (Action)'s train of thought is so difficult.

He seems to be in the line of "What is good for me, is good for everyone".  Now while I'm sure he thinks his neighbor having a nuke is safer than the US government, I'm gonna feel that its not as safe.  So why does Action's safety trump my own?  Why is it that the right to Life, Liberty, and the Persuit of Happiness extend to him, but not to me?  Why is it that HIS rights can't be infringed upon, but mine?  Sure.  Seems rather hypocritical.  His guns make me less safe.
If he wants to defend himself: Ban all guns and give everyone a shortsword.  See?  Problem solved.  Also note: weapons are man made. FYI.  So is religion. So is the press.  So is prison.  Hell, so is law.

Also: The Constitution and law was heavily influenced by John Locke and the British Government, not so much Jeudo-Christian teachings.  Like Jeudo-Christians would NEVER have put freedom of religion in there.  It's "God or Death" for the True Christian nations.

Amendment 7 probably needs some updating.  $20 was a lot back then.  Not so much now.

Good news, Tom!

Read the about page.  Literally everything there is either wrong or a lie.  Its amazing and frightning.

Like this gem:
We believe in the promise of the Declaration of Independence, that we are all made EQUAL by our Creator, and that must all be TREATED equal under the law.
Ignoring the fact that it says "Men" not "People" (ie. White males only), it doesn't say God made everyone equal, just that God gave them 3 rights: Life, Liberty, and the persuit of happiness.  Everyone was not equal under the declaration.  Far from it.

Or this...

We know that our rights do not come from government, they come from God, and no earthly force can ever take those rights away. That includes the right to religious liberty and the right to Keep and Bear Arms.
God literally damns you to hell if you don't worship him.  Soooo yeah, not so much religeous liberty.  Nor does God give the right to keep weapons.  The teachings of Jesus is literally "Don't fight back.  Don't kill.  Trust in God.". Last I checked, Smith & Wesson wasn't God.

His page is exactly as I expected:
His personal blog with likes but no comment section because why would he want to allow roboust debate?

We embrace free thought, we welcome robust debate, and we are not afraid to stand up to the oppressive dictates of political correctness.

Bets on when Tom starts linking to there for "Facts"?

Just as lame and self-serving as when Trump did it. I fucking cringed when I saw this letter in the mail.

I mean, I agree you need a letter to say "yes, we sent you a check.  You got it, right?  If not call this number."

But the IRS should send it.  Biden should have stayed far away.  If he wanted to speak optimistically, he can hold a press conference.  Ugh....

GOO being snowflakes once again:

They say they are for small government and free markets but apparently it’s only when Trump’s feelings don’t get hurt by Twitter. It’s probably a violation of Corporations’ 1st Amendment rights too.

You can just feel the Trump rage in there.  And the whole "Oh but only social media only comapnies.  Disney would kill is if we applied it to them" is pretty obvious to that affect.  I'm also wondering how they'd enforce it.

Not to mention it seems to act like being banned is a death sentence.  What the hell did people do before twitter and facebook?

Never heard of him. Are we just bring up allegations against different people who may be associated with a political party? I can do that.

He is notable enough to have a Wiki. We know you like Wikis, Tom, so...

I like how Tom doesn't even register the news article and just assumes we're randomly accusing people of things.

Man, Tom must feel so mislead now.

From NPR News
Newsmax Issues Retraction And Apology To Dominion Employee Over Election Stories

I mean, when even the most far right news outlet admits they were wrong about the election fraud, you KNOW there was nothing.

I'm gonna echo everyone else.  $200 won't even cover a decent cpu.

Your best bet is either prebuilt, or maybe find used parts on ebay/used pc on ebay.

Or a console.
How much is the switch?

Ladders! I guess Trump was hoping that they wouldn’t think of that. Or possibly he didn’t know that ladders were a thing

And only Trumpers are shocked.

You seem to think that I would turn a blind eye to any cheating on my side like you do.
OK, firstly, I don't have "a side". I didn't want Trump to continue being President but I have no affiliation with either party in the States.
Secondly, I'm not turning a blind eye to anything. You have spent the last 6 months alleging voter fraud and none of the evidence you have presented has stood up to the slightest bit of scrutiny.
He also hasn't presented any evidence of fraud in favor of Trump. (Ie. Trump supporters doing fraud)

what does this have to do with black people and marijuana?

I already linked you that he is only making this pledge to pander to black voters.

To reiterate, because you seem to have trouble following a thread ... I don't believe he will do it. I think he tells lots of lies. I think he just says whatever he thinks will score him points. He won't actually do anything. Like his broadband plan that also won't go anywhere. Its just pandering to rust belt voters.

I like how Thork is upset Biden "says whatever he thinks will score him points" but loved it when Trump did that on a daily basis and even held rallies just to hear people cheer his name.

Trump's still talking. Isn't it nice being able to just ignore him?

Less ignore more "It takes effort to find him talking" instead of just opening

Another tactical retreat by the GOP.

Wonder what Trump has to say?

Oh right.  He's off twitter and is basically muted. XD

He promised to legalise marijuana ... to get black voters. Let's see if he does that or whether he was just pandering.

I hope he does.

But that's for a different thread entirely

He's more likely to give broadband to every hick in America.  ::)

And more people would come to the site and then you'd have more like minded people to talk to.

I dunno.
I mean, I'd call that "Giving the people who vote for me what they want" since, you know, that's part of the job.

I mean, the last guy literally hired an analytics company to mine social media so he knew what the people who voted for him liked.  I'd call that pandering.

Starlink sounds great but bandwidth is a thing.
The more people who use it, the slower it'll be as the signal needs to chop up the cycle into more and more pieces.  Not to mention how beneficial the added broadband would be for everything else, like businesses.  Remember, the reason these people have no broadband is because its too expensive to run cable for too few customers.
So this is something the government would excel at providing.  Plus they can lease the lines themselves and not have to deal with a monopoly, which exists now because ISPs have to lease lines to run and if Comcast ran the line, why would they let anyone else use it?
