On Dec 21 every year, during the "southern hemisphere's" summer solstice

Puerto Williams, Chile experiences 17+hrs of full daylight and 0hrs of night.
Hobart, Tasmania experiences 15+hrs of full daylight and 4hrs of night.
Chicago, USA has 9hrs of full daylight and 11+hrs of night.

Is there a FE Theory model that accounts for the sun being visible on opposite sides of the earth at the same time, and also not visible in the center?
