Title: How is it orchestrated?

I'm interested to know how the deception and lies that are fed to us are orchestrated so successfully, for so long, by so many?

That would require some kind of global overseer, surely?

What end does it serve this overseer seek by deceiving us all?

I'm interested to hear any hypothesise.
