No. What happened is that I provided evidence that the horizon rose upwards when the altitude increased. When the drone increased its altitude, the horizon rose upwards in reference to the buildings.
... but didn't someone point out to you that the horizon stayed pretty much in place in the frame, and the building merely moved in the foreground as the drone rose?
Yes, the horizon pretty much stayed in the same place while the buildings fell beneath it. The horizon line was keeping level with the rising observer. It rose with the observer.
Under the Ancient Greek continuous perspective model the horizon should have dropped along with everything else.
AllAroundTheWorld predicted that it would fall rather than rise, and he was wrong. The entire premise of his thread was shown to be fallacious. Rather than addressing this failing he and others started harping on some other Youtube video about a water device and eyeballing its position with the horizon. The premise in the OP was busted. The traditional theory of perspective shown to be untrue, and all he can do is distract.

Well if you look at the blue marble shots of the earth over a few decades a major flaw is the fact North America seems to have got considerably larger.Proof, my dude, proof.No, no I don't. But they'll have a very advanced computer program that can draw one of these images up every so often.The images are CGI and are not of the earth.

One key thing to note from my post in that thread is how you use perspective here (wrongly) to explain sunset but ignore it when reinterpreting the stick experiment to show a close sun.

I've suggested a simple experiment you could do in your home which would cost approximately 0$ - so all of your annual budget, but I'm sure you'll agree that it will be worth it - to verify what I've said about shadows. You ignored that too. I've also suggested an experiment you could do to verify the distance to the sun and you've ignored that too. This is a key part of your theory, if the sun is distant then it would show your interpretation of the stick experiment wrong, it's strange then that you refuse to do any empirical experiments to test that.
Your rebuttal seems to be "how does the sun setting to perspective explain long shadows at sunset". The answer to this query is that the horizon is at 90 degrees from zenith, parallel to the observer. If perspective puts the sun at the horizon, then the photons are illuminating the observer and sticks from 90 degrees, and will therefore create long shadows.Its already been done Tom, the globe has been mapped for many years and continues to be made more accurate. You need to just admit it's not possible to come up with a flat map that accounts for know travel times and distances.
You need to show that all distances are accurate, not just tell us.
When we looked at the transatlantic cable journal logs, they admitted that the laid cable was over 15% longer than expected by spherical coordinates.
Once many world wide distances are verified, it will be possible to start creating a map and model. Nothing can be done until we have all information.

The way the earth formed would indicate that the waters froze on the edges causing the ice wall. I only say this because we know that earth floats on the waters of the great deep.

So unless you have evidence to present for your above claims on it, we can leave it at what has been presented most likely. It's perfectly possible to travel to, and even explore Antarctica. The Antarctic treaty is the least of a persons worries when planning such a trip though.

Global warming doesn't disprove flat earth. The ice caps are melting, but the ice wall is so gargantuan that it won't melt. The north is the problem.
If, and I say 'if' (because it won't) the ice wall melted, then the oceans would just drain over the edges of the world.
As for the crust, there is no core but certainly tectonic plates do have friction causing earthquakes. There probably is a mantle but its not possible to prove as we can't drill that far.

I have only recently discovered this forum and have been fascinated by all the threads I have read, and have finally plucked up the courage to make a post!
I have found the posts about the ice wall around the edge of the earth really interesting, but I was wondering why it is that we are not able to travel there? The few posts I have seen asking this have been from people being very accusatory so have been removed so I have never seen an answer.

I can't speak to that. I don't know what they were or were not saying about the video. I don't follow them every day. In the video I provided they claim to have just been saying "lets wait and learn more."

If earth was a globe, the distance round its surface at 45 degrees south latitude, couldn't be greater than it is at the same latitude to the north. However, since navigators find it to be double the distance, or double the distance it should be (according to the globe earth theory), this is cast iron proof earth is flat.

So your saying one needs to be a doctor and they're automatically right? I don't need someone with a PHD walking on this Earth telling me that the Earth is round. A PHD is not needed to see a flat earth. I don't know about you but mainstream science has been brain washing us for years telling our children we travel around a ball, and there is this magical force call gravity pulling us down. I don't need to be a Dr., and neither does Dr. Rowbotham need to be a doctor to understand that the Earth is flat. Doctor is a title, it doesn't make you a god.
