speed of earth ad age of universe

How old do flat earthers think the earth and the universe is? do flat earthers believe in c (the speed of light/fastest anything in the universe can go 299 792 458 m/s) because if it is belived that the earth is 4.543 billion years old (current estimates) and that the earth is continually accelerating at 9.8 m/s/s then the earth is going at 143,268,048,000,000,000(60*60*24*365*4,543,000,000)*9.8=140,4026,870,400,000,000 m/s which is way higher than c. What force is providing the constant acceleration? The entire universe is expanding but what is providing the constant acceleration specifically for earth and by the proxy the sun and moon? are the planets is our solar system also travelling that quickly?
