Moderator functions are a bit squiffy
« on: February 05, 2015, 08:38:00 PM »
It doesn't really bother me but the zetetic council is not able to actually do any moderating - either board, ENAG or ZC. We can't split topic, we can't move them, we can't close them. We have one single function and that is to sticky things.

Just thought you should know.  :)

Do you not think it's important to keep your legislative and judicial branches of administration separate?

We can only moderate the forums we are the sole inhabitants of.

Adding to this, can non-ZC members post in the workshop? I believe the proposal is for it to be an open board with heavy moderation, but I see no difference between in and the ZC board.

Also, I can see the moderation page, including warnings and stuff. I don't know if that's okay with people.

That's how far the horizon is, not how far you can see.

I'll review the board moderator permission set later today. And yes, ENAGW was created as a public access board.
when you try to mock anyone while also running the flat earth society. Lol

Yes, Thork. You have the power to moderate however you please, and if people don't like it, there's nothing they can do. Well, except post in any of the other forums where you can't even touch them. So just keep abusing your power.

Also, just for the record, if the people who are actually running the workshop don't like your moderation, I won't hesitate to remove your moderation powers in that forum.
