Analemma

It seems to me that the Analemma is missing from the flat earth sun route model, unless I'm missing it somehow. The flat earth sun route models seem to be missing this piece to solidify the legitimacy of their models. I personally like to stick to the basic observable facts on this topic and the Analemma is up there in the list. Thoughts?

Possible epiphany (that many of you have likely already had): the sun moves in an Analemma pattern throughout the year & the moon moves in an exact opposite Analemma simultaneously? So when the sun is at its highest point at the top of the small circle then the moon is at the bottom of the big circle or something? Pure speculation obviously, but it kind of makes sense in a sun/moon juxtaposition scenario.
