Yeah, I'm not sure. Maybe my ship's sensors can't detect heat to that degree.

wow queen your so beautiful

Yes I can

I think you're confusing remasters with remakes. Of course it's the same old crap, it's the same game.

48
Well, it is a remaster. The game has been graphically overhauled.
Replacing textures is not remastering. Neither is adding a couple of shiny graphical effects.

Actually yes, that's pretty much exactly what "remaster" means in the video game industry.

49
Not if you haven't already gotten it for free on steam. Also, it's not a remaster, it's a 64-bit port. The word "remastered" isn't even in the name.

You get it free?  Why?

People who already owned the Legendary edition of Skyrim got it for free.

Okay, I only have two episodes left now. It's fantastic. "Technological horror" is almost always corny as hell, but not this time. The show most certainly is not simply an edgy critique of the technology itself.

I've never seen the show, but just from reading the synopses on Wikipedia and articles like these, I can tell I'd hate it.  I kind of already hate it, actually.  It comes across as the smug ramblings of a hipster edgelord with nothing insightful to say.  Game shows are bad, mmkay?  Smartphones are bad, mmkay?

You should probably just watch the show.

So I bought this game. I have nothing to install it on yet, but I have bought it, since Rushy mentioned the price will go up later.

Once I've moved all my important shit across to my new laptop, I intend to install Windows on this computer and give it a spin. The graphics card might be a bit of a letdown, but at least then I'll know if I like the game and if it's worth spending money on better hardware.

For whatever reason, the FES' video embedding ignores start times.

I'll see about fixing that when I have a moment.

The portion of the game available to the public is a very early alpha, so playing it won't really be a good indicator of whether or not you like the game.

But if Bethesda's two Fallout titles are enough to show a pattern, then it looks like they don't want to begin a game with the PC already established in the post-war world.  We're always going to have to play as the naïve newcomer who's just emerged from a vault, and I don't understand why.

The narrative benefits of having the player character be clueless are obvious - it ensures that it's always natural for the PC to ask about anything happening in the game world and using it as a device to educate the player in the process. If your character is an already established part of the world and you have them ask who some important figure is or where to go, you'd have to wonder, "why doesn't my character already know this?"

amnesia :4)

... What else would they use? Using any Linux distro as a front end enterprise solution is a disaster waiting to happen.
Do elaborate.

Give me one example of a large corporation or government system that uses Linux as a front end interface at an enterprise level.

Google. They even have their own in-house version of Ubuntu, called Goobuntu.
