Sure, I'm willing to sacrifice hypothetical lives who are saved from a hypothetical working future drug to get fraud out of government. Some of them may die, but it is a sacrifice I am willing to make.
What if you, or someone you care about, dies because one of those hypothetical working drugs didn't get a chance to become a real working drug?  Are you really willing to make that sacrifice?

No person belongs to any sex at conception as the sex organs haven't formed nor is it possible to determine what your sex is at conception via genetics.
Well, to be fair, there is the XX/XY chromosome combination that is usually (but not always) a pretty good clue as to which way the fetus is going to develop.

If the US President can murder a US Citizen then he obviously has great king-like power. The president is at the seat of power which executes justice, and the Supreme Court has ruled that he is therefore above the law, just as a king is. If he breaks some law in actions, it doesn't matter. Since he himself is responsible for enforcing the law, the laws do not apply to him.
But does that insulate the president from impeachment?  There is the notion that you can't (or, at least, shouldn't) enforce the law by breaking the law.

I know that impeachment isn't likely this term, but we do have the mid-term elections before too long, and party leadership has been known to flip during those elections.

The President is the country's Commander in Chief, and is an executor of justice above the law, very similar to the role of a medieval king. The courts can make laws, but they don't apply to him. The courts are therefore inferior entities meant for normal citizens, not the President who is superior.
The courts don't make laws at all.  They interpret laws to determine if they are valid and if they apply to individual cases.  Congress makes the laws and the executive branch enforces those laws.

You guys will have a tough time doing anything against Donald Trump, so it's probably best to quit whining about it.
Well, we can always hope that he dies peacefully in his sleep before too long.

Personally, I think a strong case to impeach Trump could be made over his essential abdication of his office to a group of unelected oligarchs and ideologues.
Unfortunately, the notion of removing Trump by either impeachment or the 25th amendment is solidly in the realm of wishful thinking.  Remember his claim that he could shoot someone on 5th Ave and not lose any support?  Well, now he's looking to shoot the whole country and he still won't lose any support.

Yes, that doesn't appear to be the pilot. Apparently the pilot was an unidentified woman who was undergoing flight instruction. Close enough.
Sure.  Suicidal trans pilot or female pilot trainee.  Same difference, right?  We can still blame it on DEI.

Here is a link to a time lapse of the 3 hour video on X.  It’s quite obvious that there is less than 90 degrees of rotation.  Probably closer to the 45 degrees that you would expect.

A Martian sol is a Martian solar day.  That is, one rotation relative to the sun.  That does not mean that a Martian sol will be the same as it's rotation relative to the earth, which will no doubt vary depending on the current positions of earth and mars in their respective orbits.

Yeah, fuck Trump.  Honestly, all those federal workers should just go on strike.  Lets see how well Trump runs the governemnt without the people doing the actual work.
Check me if I'm wrong, but Trump is trying to get rid of these people so that he can put his own loyalists in those positions to run the government his way.

Are you denying that "male" accurately describes one who produces the "small reproductive cell?"
What about intersex people who can create both reproductive cells?

Wait…you mean he’s not going to drain the swamp?
Was that even one of his campaign promises this time around?  I thought it's supposed to be his revenge tour.

So, Trump has been sentence...

To nothing.  "Unconditional Discharge"
So, like all other rich people, he did something illegal and has had no penalty for it.  Not even a token fine.
There is still the status of “convicted felon” that may affect his ability to get government contracts in the future.

Irony intended.

Greenland's Prime Minister is on board with escaping from the Danish empire - https://www.yahoo.com/news/greenland-leader-wants-independence-denmark-183435953.html
But it doesn’t look like he’s interested in Greenland becoming part of the US empire.

Remember the Maine?

Pearl Harbor?
No.  I do not know of The Maine.
But I am aware if Pearl Harbor.
In 1898, the USS Maine was a battleship docked at the port of Havana when it blew up.  Nobody is quite sure why, but the US figured that it was a good enough reason to start the Spanish-American war.

That's not how it works. Congress does not have the right to make these kinds of constitutional determinations and take unilateral action on them, let alone for something drastic like overturning an election.
Both houses of Congress voted to convict Trump of insurrection at his second impeachment trial.  It sounds like they already made those sorts constitutional determinations and of took that sort of action.

Level is not the same as flat.  On a round earth, the level structure would follow the curvature of the earth at a constant height.

And then it'll go to SCOTUS which will say "You can't persecute him for breaking an oath as all actions he takes as president are not subject to investigation or use as evidence"
As I understand it, SCOTUS has no say in the matter.  From the same article:
Quote
Second, counting the Electoral College votes is a matter uniquely assigned to Congress by the Constitution. Under well-settled law this fact deprives the Supreme Court of a voice in the matter, because the rejection of the vote on constitutionally specified grounds is a nonreviewable political question.

Like I said, possible, but not likely.

It might be possible the election results will not be certified.

No, it's not.

It's possible, just not likely.
The Constitution provides that an oath-breaking insurrectionist is ineligible to be president. This is the plain wording of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution. “No person shall … hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath … to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.” This disability can be removed by a two-thirds vote in each House.

Disqualification is based on insurrection against the Constitution and not the government. The evidence of Donald Trump’s engaging in such insurrection is overwhelming. The matter has been decided in three separate forums, two of which were fully contested with the active participation of Trump’s counsel.
