How the hell was I supposed to know that's bb Xehanort? I don't even know who Eraqus is. The lore is so awful.

So they're moving away from Disney, which you are never too old for, to generic shitty JRPG? I hate what they've done to this game. I was hoping all the awful lore and anti-Disney shiz would stay to the handheld games.
But you are just so darn adorable for being excited for this.

He is the only character with those crazy orange eyes. It even explicitly zooms in on his eyes to show this. How could you not know who he was?
Wow, then I don't understand the story line or characters at all.

Don't fool yourself. Kingdom Hearts has always been generic JRPG.
Yes, but it also had Disney, which made it better than generic. So if it gets rid of that then it's terrible.

Ur terrible

Yeah, the more I hear about the new Battlefront, the less I'm interested.

Basically, I just want them to update the first game, give us some new maps, new units, space battles, and Galactic Conquest. Oh, and the option to turn off heroes. Ideally, they should aim to give us huge, sprawling battlefields, instead of the tight, cramped set-piece battles of Number 2.

This mirrors my views. Space battles were a great addition to #2. The idiot that thought a Star Wars game didn't need space battles needs to be fired.

DICE has an insanely good track record. I'm sure Battlefront will be fucking awesome.

He's implying that the game will be very similar to recent Battlefield games, Saddumu-san.

But why?  Battlefront doesn't have a lot in common with Battlefield.

Going from DICE developing it under EA, from what they've said about the maps and features, and what was shown in the trailer, I think it's going to be a reskinned modern Battlefield game. That is, small maps and small engagements; I wouldn't be surprised if the most played maps were clusterfuck explosive shit fights in Hoth corridors. Maybe throw in some Star Wars flavour in the form of snowspeeders doing loops around AT-ATs to kill them.

I really hope not. The worst part about Battlefront 2 was the tiny, enclosed set-piece style maps. Having one or two for variety is fine, but let's have the ice-fields of Hoth, the Deserts of Tatooine, the forests of Endor. Basically, expansive maps with ships zipping around overhead, AT-STs lumbering around, shooting heavy-weapon encampments...

This... isn't going to happen, is it?

They'll probably be large enough for the 2 or 3 tie fighters on the map to shoot each other, but not much larger. Certainly no where near as huge as the space battles were.

Battlefront was originally on consoles before and had a shitton more features and bigger battles.
