I’m getting sick of this thing about the flat earth. I do not believe in the flat earth, and with all of these flat-earthers, I NEED PROOF that the Earth is actually flat.
Lunar eclipses exist because the (round) Earth’s shadow is cast on the moon. If the Earth was flat, it would just be a line across the Moon. Also, you would be able to see the Burj Khalifa from the other side of the world if the Earth was flat.
Also, what about day and night? That exists because when the Earth rotates. When one side of the Earth is facing away from the Sun, it is in very faint light from other stars. This would be impossible with a flat Earth. At least without everything falling off the edge.
The atmosphere would have floated away into space because gravity can’t exist on a flat Earth. Which also means that humans would just slowly drift into the abyss all around. and so would your cat. Or dog. Or fish. And everything else not attached to the Earth.
With all of this being said, I need proper proof that the Earth is flat.
