I only recall seeing the ENAG map in Johnson's newsletters.

Given that the man whose number this was has died just over 16 years ago, I suspect it may have been re-allocated to someone else.

I think I found the map you are looking for on this website - https://aplanetruth.info/2016/08/21/the-ultimate-flat-earth-map-collection/comment-page-1/ the 5th one down by Giovanni Domenico Cassini / Jean Baptiste Nolin: Planisphere Terrestre … 1696. I tried to attach it, but it said it was too big. nice collection of maps btw.
