Question about the logo
« on: November 13, 2020, 01:14:41 PM »
I have a question for you guys, the site for your merch doesn't ship to my country. Therefore I'm wondering if your logo if public domain or if it's illegal to use and make my own shirt with. Answers would be appreciated.

It's covered under the creative commons license:

Indeed - you can reuse the logo freely provided you acknowledge its author, and if you adapt the work in any way, it must be licensed under the same terms. Although "the creative commons license" is not a very helpful way to describe a very specific CC licence - CC BY-SA 4.0.

See: https://wiki.tfes.org/File:Flat_Earth_Society_Logo.png and https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/

We would prefer if you didn't use it for profit (we don't), but we won't stop you from doing so, either.
