I was going to ask if you liked Blend S, but then I haven't seen it, so recommendations based on your answer would be kind of worthless. What do you like?

What, not Dragonball super?
It's Fairy Tail, not Tell.

The correct answer is JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

Also OP already made this thread in AE, should be mergerino'd.

My first introduction to Anime many years ago was Urotsukidōji: Legend of the Overfiend. I was about 12 when I first saw this. I spent the next several years recovering and wondering why school girls had to be penetrated quite so brutally with such large tentacles and how I'd ever compete. I also wanted the Japanese to die. All of them. Twisted creatures that they are.

I didn't really see any more Anime after that. I wanted to avoid it. Many years later Pokemon became a thing. A friend made me watch it, but all the way through I was waiting for the bit where Pikachu would fist Ash until he puked up a kidney. Anti-climatically, that didn't happen and I cared about Anime even less. If you are going to do it, do it right.

I have never been much of a anime person, but I do recall one from my childhood. It took me a while to remember it, but it was Unico in the Island of Magic.

I don't remember much except for a few of the characters, but I have fond nostalgic (partial) memories, so as far as I am concerned it is the best anime ever made.

I cannot second made in abyss enough.  It's great; a bitter allegorical pill coated in a thin anime trope facade.  The only trouble is it is unfinished, and the second season is still a long way off (suffering for years now).

I also enjoyed soul eater for various reasons - probably chiefly because I watched dbz as a kid.
