Title: Website and library sources now on GitHub

I've published the sources to the www and library subdomains under a new GitHub account:

https://github.com/theflatearthsociety

This will make it easier for others to contribute and to keep an eye on what is being done.

The forum and wiki will be added at some point, but their code isn't yet being tracked in git.
