As discussed in S&C here (http://forum.tfes.org/index.php?topic=1710.0). I am willing to be in charge of the register. Can we get an official vote on this?

On the condition that membership is free, you have a yes from me.

I'd like those registered to be able to download their own .pdf certificate with their name added to it as well. I hope that the sys-admins could make this happen.

Tausami, do you have a vote? A yes would make a 3 from 5 and we can approach the administration about keeping a register. If you wish to abstain or vote no, we will respectfully wait the votes of Secret user and the other one whoever that is. Wow. Yep, its gone. The 5th member. You know who they are.

I agree with my proposal. So I guess that's 4 out of 5 council members.
