They are -1 on the road, so they would be -4 at home.  Dolphins are -105 on the money line so the sharps have no confidence in the Pats in this game.
This is jibberish.

Sorry, I am a degenerate gambler.

Very unlikely. You are a hater. Please do not let your hate of the Patriots cloud your judgement.

No hate at all, just reality.  They are -1 on the road, so they would be -4 at home.  Dolphins are -105 on the money line so the sharps have no confidence in the Pats in this game.

I am happy to wager you on this if you feel that good about your overrated, injured team.

Patriots are now in the running for the number one seed in the AFC, I think they clinch it if they beat Miami (lol miami) Baltimore, and then the Bills at Gillette. (lol bills) It is looking good for them.

The Patriots will lose to the Dolphins this weekend.

Do you disagree with my statement, junker? I'd actually enjoy real responses.

I am fine with it, as long as there are similar laws that pertain to alcohol, etc.  Although those laws don't stop people from drinking and driving.  Really, it is happening anyway, not like drugs being illegal is changing that.  Make it legal, regulate it, tax it, enjoy it.  It would put some drug dealers out of business and free up some prison space for actual criminals.

I used to have an affinity for some Rx stuff, though it has been a long time and I won't go back so the whole topic doesn't pertain to me from the standpoint that I care about doing drugs.

Worst idea ever, will not implement.

:nayn:

Why can't we have a thread that requires manual updating every time the bam hammer is dropped?

I thought the admins weren't going to be part of the council?

Parsifal expressed he has no desire to be a part of the council.  Not sure about PP.  Unless he doesn't want to, I don't see any reason to exclude admins.  Unless there are concerns about conflict of interest.

Dude, have a day off.

Do you have any idea how much FE work and promotion she has done?

I'm sorry, I guess my out of the box Debian install just didn't count, did it?
Parsifal's idea of "out of the box" is just very different from that of us mere mortals.

I am sure everyone assumes that compiling the code is an out of box experience, no?

Update:

13 days left on the auction for flatearthsociety.org and I still have the only bid.  I expect a violent finish to the death where I end up losing hundreds of dollars.

The QB gets too much credit in a win and too much blame in a loss.  Not saying I agree that is okay, but that is reality, especially with the transition to a pass-heavy league.

Unlikely Denver, possibly Baltimore but I give the Patriots the edge in that scenerio as well. Brady and Belichick are winners. Brady wins. (o but he lost one game on time o no) he will find a way.

He is 0-2 in his last two Superbowls.  One of those with arguably the best offense ever.

Who is going to beat them in the AFC, and make me lose my bet?

Possibly Denver, more likely Baltimore.

Obviously he is important, perhaps that wasn't the right word. Is he absolutely essential to the Pats?

No.

They won 5 of 6 (I think he missed 6?) without him.

NO was the only notable win without him.  Of course, the schedule is the schedule, and they won.  I think he is absolutely essential to make a deep run in January.

The "serious" fora are doing well, I see.

Was that intended as sarcasm?  Clearly the members here are mostly regulars from the old site.  The upper fora won't see serious action until we get new people coming to ask questions.

If you don't have anything useful to add, I would ask that you please refrain from low content posts in the upper fora.

...but how important is he?
Immensely important.  Their red zone threat is done.  Unless they are hitting the deep ball, prepare for a lot of field goals.

Have the Patriots already proven they can win without him?
No.

Not pretty, but a much needed win.  No I just have to hope for a couple of letdowns from Seattle so SF can take the west :D

They have to win one of three against the giants, cardinals and rams. If they lose their division I will kill your coffee table.

If Seattle has a letdown and drops two of three and SF wins out, SF will own the tie break for a better division record.  Not likely, but I can hope.  Also, I am not buying another coffee table.  It is a liability.
