The V-Safe is where the data screened from VAERS (by the CDC) is presented. That had nothing to do with the VAERS reports.

At this point, the CDC has looked at 780,000 reports of injury from the coof vaxx and has confirmed they are legitimate.

The article linked by Dr. Mittal states a lawsuit needed to be filed just to get access to this data from the CDC.

Sounds like a coverup, uh?

"Despite what the CDC says, it’s unclear whether the agency was asleep at the wheel or intentionally steering the Titanic into an iceberg."

780,000...that is a fairly large number.

780,000 people who posted whatever they wanted at anytime.  Yep, totally legitimate and helpful and in no way able to be abused.
I think you fail to realize these are reports that have been screened by the CDC and have been found to be legitimate.

"Talaat says the best source of research stemming from VAERS is the CDC, because they are able to trace the records backward and verify them."
https://publichealth.jhu.edu/2022/what-vaers-is-and-isnt

Which hasn't been done.

https://icandecide.org/v-safe-data/

Read em for yourself.  The raw data (which you are referencing) has alot of "no." "None" "just got the shot" "soreness" , etc...

So its much, much less than what you wrote.
Incorrect.

The CDC has screened the VAERS.

ICAN has absolutely nothing to do with the report issued by the CDC.

You are being highly disingenuous with your posts, when there is absolutely no reason to do so except to spread deliberately false information.

A good read concerning this case is Outrage: The Five Reasons Why O. J. Simpson Got Away with Murder.

Highly suggested.

A great tragedy has occurred as the true killers of Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman will now go scot-free.

If there is a hell, this POS will now take his place next to Johnnie Cochrane and F Lee Bailey.

I remember the DNA evidence and what Barry Scheck had to say about it. The thing is, Scheck actually made his living getting people off death row due to the incontrovertible nature of DNA evidence.

There is nothing indicating this system is based on RE. It is simply pattern based.

Quote
The coordinates of the Sun used in these eclipse predictions have been calculated on the basis of the JPL DE406 solar system ephemeris. This ephemeris consists of computer representations of the positions, velocities and accelerations of major Solar System bodies

And from:

https://eclipsewise.com/help/jpl-de.html

Quote
The observational data in the fits has been an evolving set, including: ranges (distances) to planets measured by radio signals from spacecraft, direct radar-ranging of planets, two-dimensional position fixes (on the plane of the sky) by VLBI of spacecraft, transit and CCD telescopic observations of planets and small bodies, and laser-ranging of retroreflectors on the Moon, among others.
What does any of these statements mean relative to the shape of the earth?
Quote
Of course they are not wrong. When you have a couple of thousand years of observing repeating patterns, you can pretty much write that down.
Again, the pattern only gives you a fairly rough indication of where and when the eclipse will be. To predict it to the accuracy they do now you have to do a load of more complicated modelling and they do that using a model of the solar system, not a FE model.
They do it using a pattern of historical movements of the sun and moon relative to the celestial sphere coordinates. It has nothing to do with RE or FE.

If the Saros cycles originated with a culture adhering to a Flat Earth system, and that is what predicts the paths, then that is the FE method.
Saros cycles don't predict the exact path.
This site has a list of past and future eclipses, including today's, and explains how the predictions are calculated:

Doesn't sound like a FE way of doing it to me. There's a lot of people booking hotel rooms on the basis of predictions like this, I reckon we'd know about it if they were wrong.

I see the issue has relegated to the necessity of redefining the word vaccine.
Yes, exactly - the anti-vaxxers decided to provide their own, new definition of what a "vaccine" is, and then tried to convince others to adopt it. It worked with some, but not with most.

I just happen to think it's unproductive.
Having advanced to over 60 years on the flat earth plane, I believe it is exactly the opposite of how you choose to frame it in your post.

I point out, for instance, the smallpox vaccine, of which I heard of no one claiming it is "safe and effective," while at the same time claiming to have subsequently and successfully contracting the disease against which they were inocculated.

You cannot vaccinate against respiratory illness. It is a fool's errand.
Sure you can. The flu vaccine is effective, as is the COVID-19 vaccine. It significantly reduces the likelihood of an individual contracting the disease, reduces the severity of the symptoms if they do, and limits exposure of the wider population. You shouldn't have to have one (I'm not a fan of forcing people to do stuff in general), but I don't think the fearmongering is helpful either.

The only way I can think of to argue otherwise would be to present this as a binary - either the vaccine entirely eradicates a disease, with no traces of it ever found again, or it doesn't. But that's very reductive and kinda pointless.
I see the issue has relegated to the necessity of redefining the word vaccine.

EDIT: I originally called Thork myself stupid in this post. It has been edited to only strongly imply it.
I am under the impression that all of those persons having anything positive to write about this vaccine (i.e., pushing for mandatory vaxxes, how safe and effective it is) should now be rethinking their feeble attempts to denigrate those that were speaking out against the vaccine. You cannot vaccinate against respiratory illness. It is a fool's errand.

It's an admission that they don't have a real eclipse prediction method based on modern RE theories and are still using the Saros Cycle, an ancient pattern-based eclipse predicting scheme created by a society of Flat Earthers.
Can you show the FE method of predicting eclipse paths?

Well, that too seems to be the case.

As I understand the Saros theory, if there is an eclipse in your state that is not on this table, it will be part of a different Saros Cycle; this table only refers to Saros Cycle Number 145.  Or did you think that only 16 eclipses would occur globally over a 260 year period?
Not at all.

I was asking for an explanation and I appreciate the answer.

I see.

The calculations he offered WRT the "round" earth were from an on-line calculator.  The page with the calculator describes how the calculations are done.  The resulting prediction was correct.

The "round earth calculator" actually has the "celestial sphere," math.

The other calculations were done using one particular flat earth model and some simple grade 9 math.  As he pointed out, there seems to be some issue with which flat earth model to choose and what the elevation of the sun is as flat earther's themselves cannot agree on those important aspects of their "theory".

However, you mention "physical aspects of the celestial sphere".  Perhaps they would be a way to make a reliable prediction.  So, which physical aspects are we talking about and what is the mathematical model for their use?
The only issue with the math is how one chooses to label it. The math is the same.

One group believes the numbers are a result of a spherical earth, the other group knows it is the "celestial sphere" providing the basis for the numbers.

He is assuming facts not in evidence when he offers up calculations based on a round earth. In reality, the sunset times reflect the sun's setting time over a flat earth. The angle measures are simply a transcription of a celestial sphere to locations below on the flat earth plane. And the sun really does not "set". It remains above the entire plane at all times. As it revolves over our heads, it becomes fully occluded by physical aspects of the celestial sphere.

It's almost like they went with an insane fine that they knew not even a billionaire could afford because it's a political hit job.
You'd think someone worth....*searches*

https://www.google.no/amp/s/www.cnbc.com/amp/2023/09/08/trump-overstated-net-worth-by-up-to-3point6-billion-per-year-ny-ag-alleges-in-new-filing.html?espv=1

$4.5 billion, per his claim, could cough up the money.

Practically no one has the cash on hand to pay 11% of their net worth to settle a civil suit. Further, it makes very little sense to get upset at someone for overstating their net worth, then fine them more money than you know they can afford (because you were upset at them for overstating their worth!).

It's an obvious attempt to make Trump look bad and it was a huge waste of time. The only thing this case has done to Trump's support is cement his narrative that the "deep state" is out to get him.

Wasn't the fine calculated based on the revenue lost to the bank?
What revenue?

Lost to what bank?
