Really good match between Australia and Holland this morning. Was expecting Australia to get thrashed but they did quite well. Hopefully we can beat Spain.

I'm rooting for Germany, as Canada isn't even good enough to get in. I like that you guys call your team the Socceroos, it shows that you're serious about the sport.

It is a cool name, but we generally do that with most of our teams (eg. Hockeyroo's, although they're better at hockey than we are at Soccer). It's nice to see the team competing with some of the best in the world. I'll probably start paying attention to another team when we're inevitably eliminated.

Hear it here first, patriots are AFC champs and will face the Seahawks.

I half agree. I think the Seahawks offense will stall to such a point that their D can't save them and they will lose an ugly 13-10 game in the NFC Championship to SF. SF then controls the clock on NE and wins the superbowl 21-17

Why would NE make it to the SB again? The AFC does have a few decent teams, and the Broncos will still be significantly better than the Patriots. NE plays in an incredibly weak division. They don't get tested and aren't ready for the best teams. The middle of their schedule is rough but they close with all division games. They will win their division, and then get bounced, as usual.

SF or SEA will take the Superbowl this year. Hopefully SF. One, because I am a SF homer and two, because repeating as SB champs is very hard to do. But it wouldn't be shocking if SEA pulled it off.

Teddy Bridgewater and friends are winning the Superbowl, but thanks for playing everyone.

Tom Brady and the rest of the offense appear to finally be in midseason form. The defending AFC East champs have won their last two games, outscoring their opponents 80-39.

The Vikings are bad. The Packers shall not win the NFC North. Go Lions!
