Yeah, don't do that. You're posting in the wrong board, on a subject that's been done to death before, and for which a Wiki page exists, just to post a video from someone going "so uhmmmmmm how do I Google?".

If you can't engage with a modicum of respect, don't engage at all.

Flat Earth Investigations / A Flat Earth Question
« Last post by Boots on May 20, 2022, 04:03:33 AM »
Please see the following video and written question. I hope it's ok to post this here. I haven't read through all the FAQ etc lately, but I have spent a fair bit of time here earlier and feel this is a worthwhile question. Feel free to move this post but I hope you don't delete it.

Here is a question to go along with the video:

I have a lot of other questions I didn't voice in there but to me the geometry of a plate and the flat earth theory this ☝🏼 happening is absolutely impossible

Dude, A woman can tell me that she's on the pill, that she's a virgin, or whatever. I wear a condom.

Oh I agree.
But if a guy says "It's ok, I'm on the pill" would you really wanna trust him?  I sure as hell wouldn't.
Society has to get better at teaching guys not to sexually assault people. If you lie about being on birth control and subsequently impregnate someone, I'm pretty sure that checks the sexual assault boxes.

It also doesn't have to be an exclusionary choice. Condoms AND a pill for men AND a pill for women is a great way for everyone to stay safe, have fun, avoid diseases, and not make surprise babies. "And" is ok, maybe even great. "Or" leaves a lot of room for human error, malice, and in-the-moment selfishness to cause long lasting life changes.

Condoms fail when people put then on wrong.  Or buy the wrong size.
They only go up to XXL, what am I supposed to do?

Also, is Tom an Incel? Would explain a lot.

Not me, I wrap up with a small, then medium, L, then wrap two XL magnums around those, makes my dong a little lotta bit girthier ferda

Otherwise they work really well. I trust it over any medication.
Yes and my point is that women have birth control pills and they're more heavily relied upon than condoms so there's no reason men shouldn't also have birth control pills if the science allows it.

Obviously if everyone wore condoms correctly every time they had sex we wouldn't be having this conversation.

I might have something to add to this, but I don't have a solid answer either.

I actually did an experiment in person.  My wife and I just got back from a vacation in Australia.  We flew into Perth, rented an RV and drove, with a few aide trips, to Sydney.  The total distance we clocked on the RV was 4925KM.  So the distance, as the crow files, should be substantially less than that.  And sure enough, on the globe earth it is 3290KM.  So my meandering route would seem to agree with the globe earth model.

Using the information here: https://wiki.tfes.org/Eratosthenes_on_Diameter I calculated that the latitude of 32.9 degrees south (halfway between the latitudes of Pert and Sydney) should be approximately 13,670 KM from the north pole.  The angular distance in longitudes between Perth and Sydney is ~0.6196 radians, so the distance between Perth and Sydney as the crow flies on the flat earth, according to the wiki here should be more than: 13,670 x 0.6196 =  8569KM.  The distance by road should be substantially more again.

So, clearly actual observation does not agree with what is predicted by the north centered unipolar model and hence any kind of routing is not possible on that representation of the flat earth.

The surface of the Moon is also claimed to be made of Helium-3, possibly based on spectroscopy studies.

I don't think anyone has claimed this Tom except possibly you.  There may be  lot of H3 on the moon, but the source is not the moon, it's the sun.  The sun emits a lot of H3 which ends up bombarding the surface of the moon where it collects.  People are looking at mining it as a renewable energy source.  Is this what you are talking about?
