Blanko doesn't know how to logic. Just because A implies B doesn't mean that NOT A implies NOT B. The original implication makes no statement about the implications of the opposite condition.
Indeed, but we've already covered those implications, which is why this shouldn't be that hard. Encouragement to go fast was the given justification for the sluggish controls. When you can't go fast, that justification doesn't apply. And we don't have another one. So, either the sluggish controls are justified for another reason (which we don't have), or they are not fine.
