Formation of metals in flat earth

Are there any theories for the formation of precious metals and other minerals in the flat earth model?

Also what keeps the core of the flat earth hot?

If the Earth is flat, there is no core.

Some believe that precious metals such as gold and platinum come from meteors, and are not naturally formed.
