Title: moonlighting
Post by: David71 on June 13, 2023, 02:21:47 AM
Sorry but I'm now approaching the flat earth theory.
I wanted to ask a question...
If the sun is far from the moon (for the same reason that it doesn't illuminate the entire surface of the Earth) how does it illuminate its surface?
If possible I would like to better understand the phases of the moon.
One morning the moon was "in front" of the sun but the whole surface was not illuminated (full moon) but only a part.. it seemed as if it were illuminated by a source which was higher than the direction of the sun.
