🙋‍♂️ UK gets new political party
« on: September 27, 2021, 07:48:14 PM »
Only today, I was bemoaning the lack of choice, how even the Tories were drifting left and there was no one to counter this.

I've not voted Conservative for many many years now, opting instead for UKIP when it mattered most, and I spoiled my voted when asked to choose between Corbyn and Treason May.

But alas, a party I could possibly get behind has emerged. One that doesn't believe that men can have cervixes. One that isn't pro unlimited immigration, doesn't want to rush into the arms of the evil European empire and won't be fawning over all things woke. Ladies and Gentlemen ...

Yes, yes, they've already been smeared as far right before they've even uttered a single manifesto pledge, but everyone is far right from the perspective of the extreme left of the BBC. They're actually just a bunch of regular blokes who don't think drag queens are funny and aren't afraid to turn a black candidate down for a job if they are no good.

Indeed.

What are you talking about? They only got de-registered in 2017 (and only because their literacy prevented them from keeping up with bureaucracy). Their pledges are more recent than the Brexit vote.

You didn't read as far as three sentences into the article, did you?

People can change. 4 years is a long time in politics. They're different now. You should hear them out.

No, I was too excited.  🥳

If you remove all the brown people then there will be more food on supermarket shelves.

They're different now.
How do you know?

You should hear them out.
Sure, why not? What's there to hear out that got you so excited, and what has changed compared to 2014 when you (presumably) didn't vote for them?

Pay people a wage that they can have some quality of life with. Hire British. Pay more.

Henry Ford famously paid his staff enough so that they could own a Ford model T of their own. In Britain we do the reverse and we smash the price of a chicken down, so that a chicken worker can afford chicken by paying all the chicken workers less. It's a race to the bottom.

Well, they already had military Land Rovers way back when, so maybe they'll start hauling food together with the army.

And they'll only take pit stops to wreck a random parking lot barrier every now and then.

Or, to paraphrase; "People can change.  20 years is a long time in Afghanistan.  They're different now.  You should hear them out".

Honestly, Afghans abusing Afghans is none of my business. We can't be expected to look after everyone on earth, because they are incapable of looking after themselves. Either build a workable society or live in a 3rd world crap hole. Africa has made its choice. Afghanistan looks to have opted for something similar.
